We went to the north pole this weekend!! What a fun day! We packed up Saturday for a day up north. About this time last year I got us tickets for The Polar Express in Williams, AZ. We took off early to spend some time playing in the white stuff. It was nice and sunny out, lots of snow to play in!
Never found the BIG hill but, we had fun anyway!
We made it on board at 6pm sharp the kids are holding their tickets! First train ride for them. After we got situated we flipped the seats around so they could sit together and be more comfortable. We sang lots of songs (dads fav part) it got us in the mood for Christmas.
Here we are passing through the north pole. You can see all the lights out the window. We just finished our hot cocoa and cookies! Yum! One thing Hunter noticed was the elves at the north pole were TALLER then he had expected.

How fun!! We haven't even been on the Polar Express train here in Ely. We're lame. :)
